Cognitive Tightness & Compressed Thinking
Learn why thinking feels rigid and compressed.
Thoughts do not spread out; they gather in one place, pooling instead of flowing.
Movement feels stalled, not blocked.
This window does not encourage flow or expansion.
It simply notices the pooling, allowing concentration without direction or correction.

Understand why thinking too much freezes decision-making and how to move forward.
This is a Lack of Mental Dispersion. Your thoughts are "stuck" to each other because of high Threat-system activity. They can't "spread out" into a logical sequence. Naming this lack of dispersion helps you realize why you can't "sort" your life right now. You aren't "confused"; you are "congested." Recognizing this allows you to stop the "sorting task" until your nervous system has enough "slack" to allow the thoughts to separate.
Use "Physical Anchoring." Move your body in a large, open space. The brain often mirrors its "spatial environment." By being in a "wide" place, you signal to your system that "dispersion is safe." In the Meaning Density Model™, we use the environment to "pull" the thoughts apart. Once there is "daylight" between your ideas, you can address them one by one with much less effort and higher "meaning density."
