You are caught in an Endless Adjustment Loop. This is the Status system constantly comparing your current state to an "ideal" state and ordering a "fix." Because the ideal is always shifting, the loop never closes. In this model, identifying these loops is crucial. It reveals that your "restlessness" is actually a series of unfinished "correction tasks." By deciding to "stop adjusting" for a set period, you provide your system with a much-needed "done" signal.
You practice "non-adjustment" in small windows. Sit for five minutes and decide that you will not fix your posture, your thoughts, or your environment. When the urge to adjust arises, name it: "That is an adjustment loop." By not following the loop, you prove to your brain that the "un-adjusted" state is safe. This builds "structural integrity" and allows your system to finally "land" in the reality of your life, rather than the "pursuit" of a better version.
