Then you "Acknowledge the Pressure Without Softening It." Sometimes the system is too "wound up" for immediate relief. In the model, we don't force relaxation; we simply witness the pressure. Naming it—"There is intense pressure present"—without demanding it change, actually reduces the "Secondary Pressure" of trying to fix yourself. This honest acknowledgment is a form of Structural Acceptance that prevents the loop from escalating.
