Existential Fatigue: Life Feels Heavy for No Reason
Understand why life feels heavy despite no major problems.
The weight of not knowing why is real, even when no answer arrives.
This weight does not need justification or correction.
Naming it allows the system to carry uncertainty without turning it into failure or urgency.
Hold uncertainty safely with DojoWell.

You "Name the Weight without Resolving It." Uncertainty is a Structural Reality, not a problem to be solved. Trying to "resolve" the future is a High-Velocity Mental Loop that causes exhaustion. By acknowledging the "Weight of Not Knowing Why," you bring the experience into the Safety Zone. You are "carrying" the uncertainty, but you aren't "drowning" in it. This prevents the Narrative-collapse of thinking your life is broken.
Because "Why" is a Narrative Construction, not a biological fact. Your brain wants a "Why" to feel in control. But in the Habitation Phase, control is less important than Presence. By staying with the "Not Knowing," you build "Uncertainty Tolerance," which makes you much more resilient to the "drift" of the modern world. You find that you can be "okay" even when the "Why" is missing.
